This was indeed broken again, due to some multicast routing bug triggered by
link outages and network changes during the last few days.
Annoyingly, apparently we still don't have good monitoring for this. Brandon
Black has been working on a solution tied into his new vhtcpd HTCP to HTTP
relay - I'll check the status of that.
