I do not want to modify the local page because I do not want to add links that do not exist \(yet\). I am 100% sure the hint "fr:category:décès\_en\_2000" \(for "en:category:2000\_deaths"\) is right if it exists, but it might not exist yet. Since the code for -localright exists, maybe the code for -hintisright can be easily implemented.
