Web browser: --- Bug ID: 55772 Summary: Consider adding a Back button along with Next/Okay Product: MediaWiki extensions Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: Unprioritized Component: GuidedTour Assignee: wikibugs-l@lists.wikimedia.org Reporter: swall...@wikimedia.org CC: mflasc...@wikimedia.org, swall...@wikimedia.org, tc...@wikimedia.org Classification: Unclassified Mobile Platform: --- From a usability standpoint, it is an advantage for the user to be able to move back and forth in a product tour while they orient themselves. We should consider adding Back buttons as secondary actions on guiders. If we did this, we would need to carefully consider their placement, styling, and other visual treatments to ensure that they don't make the user experience more confusing. There are various ways we could implement them, and having both options suggests the possibility of including a simple forward/back icon in the relevant buttons as well. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
