Well it is butt ugly and so slow and should be turned off until whatever its
problem is resolved. Count to 30+ awaiting response.
Any place that utilises javascript loads basically has to wait for the the
problem to resolve before the js scripts can be activated. This includes
English Wikisource with its header templates, and Wikidata with some of the
helper scripts.
