Can someone please have a look at AFTv5's variables (starting with <https://git.wikimedia.org/blob/operations/mediawiki-config.git/HEAD/wmf-config/InitialiseSettings.php#L10844>) and tell us which ones you want to have defined for tewiki and which ones should be left at the default settings? I'm assuming you'll at least want to define $wmgArticleFeedbackv5BlacklistCategories, $wmgArticleFeedbackv5OversightEmails, $wmgArticleFeedbackv5OversightEmailHelp, $wmgArticleFeedbackv5AutoHelp, $wmgArticleFeedbackv5LearnToEdit, $wmgArticleFeedbackv5CTABuckets and perhaps some others, too.
