I asked the opinion about it in the Village pump, so the community decision on this question is the following. If no encoding restriction is present, the usage of “Belarusian (Taraškievica)” is more preferable. If there are some encoding restrictions (e.g. the codepage is limited by only ASCII characters) the title “Belarusian (Taraskievica)” (with s instead of š) may be used in this case, assuming that it stands for “Belarusian (Taraškievica)”.
