So, the {{Gallery}} template emits the image in a <td> and the caption in a
separate <tr> below. As far as I can tell, Parsoid therefore (correctly)
duplicates the caption in both the <tr>s. However, somehow, the PHP parser
magically suppresses the first caption (see
