I've yet to get SMW 1.9 up and running on MW 1.21 because Composer isn't built in and ExtensionInstaller is giving me some problems. But I've tried it on MW 1.22 and master at this point. Is it possible that in SemanticMediaWiki.settings.php on line 33 where $GLOBALS['smwgScriptPath'] is set based on $wgScriptPath, that it get the wrong value for $wgScriptPath?
