Have we firmly decided on using Meta-Wiki (metawiki) as the central wiki? Will preƫxisting User:Foo/global.js and User:Foo/global.css pages on Meta-Wiki automatically work once this extension is deployed? (Have we firmly decided that /global.xxx is the naming convention that we'll use?) Are there any known hard requirements to deploying this extension?
