I don't think anyone from ops has made any changes recently that would affect the betalabs infrastructure. I haven't debugged this but my guess is that this is either some underlying MediaWiki issue (lingering issues from #57026 perhaps?) that is making pages take longer to load, or the Labs infrastructure being overloaded and vCPUs running slower.
