Its a common issue for a file with a weird colour profile to cause problems.
Often the colour profile is incorrect, and people don't notice until its
uploaded because they are using non-colour managed tools. Anyways, it would be
good if we listed the colour profile in the metadata, just for easier debugging
when such issues come up. Not to mention it is interesting metadata about the
file
