That is really getting to specific to generalize for all languages I think.
I was pondering however that perhaps the mobile interface could load CSS from
[[MediaWiki:Handheld.css]] from each language. Or perhaps a new
[[MediaWiki:Mobile.css]]. What do you think Hampton ? The styling changes
required for each language simply cannot all be handled in the core I think.
