Presently we only check for used file-name .. not for other error with the
title such as "file name too short".
This is more of an added feature rather then a bug. it could be added to
$.fn.doDestCheck in mw.BaseUploadInterface.js, but not super high priority.
Another feature that could be added is allowing renaming at point of error
instead of having to go back to the upload form.
