For example some senders may use:
{{subst:#switch:{{subst:CONTENTLANGUAGE}}
|en=some text
|he=some other text in Hebrew
|#default=<div lang=en dir=ltr>some text ''Please translate me''</div>
}}
It doesn't make sense to wrap text in <div lang=en dir=ltr></div> when the
Hebrew branch is used.
