Confirmed. The logs actually aren't recording any of the "near match" searches
that you'd expect for ptwiki so I'm guessing that the TitleValue extension is
grabbing this behavior before Cirrus gets a chance at it. TitleValue,
CirrusSearch, and BetaFeatures don't play super well together. Let me see if I
can reproduce that locally.
