Since comment #15 I'm assuming that the graphs showing age are being counted
based on this rule:

"For each measurement timespot, median of the ages of all reviews still open at
that timespot, understanding as "age" the time period since the review
was open to the measurement timespot."

Which is exactly the way I'm counting the example of Babel above. 

Isn't this the rule used already to draw "Review time for open submissions:
Upload and Updated times (median)"?
