That's unrelated. The title of this bug was a red herring: the data was moved
across large distances (which didn't happen in your case) into a <ref> tag
(which didn't happen in your case), and it so happened that that <ref> tag was
in a heading in one case. This bug isn't related to headings, it's related to
references.
