To reproduce
Create a link by double square bracketing part of a word, such that there is an
umlaut outside the brackets (eg, [[Maß]]krüge).
Actual result
Although the page text and link destination are as expected, the word
containing the link only becomes a link up to (and not including) the umlaut.
Expected result
The whole word should become a link.
