Wait, I appear not to have read the bug description properly…
You meant an alias to a special page just for sv.wikipedia — as far as I know,
that's not possible at this moment :-(
Feel free to close the bug, or maybe just leave it open as 'Lowest' =>
'enhancement' so it gets fixed when MediaWiki allows local aliases to special
pages.
