Error log from running update.php after installing Wikibase
Running update.php after installing WikiBase fails with:
Fatal error: Class 'Wikibase\TemplateRegistry' not found in
/vagrant/mediawiki/extensions/Wikibase/lib/WikibaseLib.php on line 95
