The "W" menu is currently a mixture of lots of different things:
- Login/logout (entire app)
- Random article (navigation)
- Browsing history (navigation)
- Saved pages (navigation)
- Save foo for offline reading (page specific)
- Search English language wiki (entire app)
- Warn if leaving Wikipedia Zero (entire app)
- Send feedback (entire app)
- History of changes to foo (page specific)
- Credits (entire app)
I think we should move all the "entire app" things into a separate Settings
pane, which is linked from the bottom of the W menu. The page specific things
should be next to each other on the list, not apart like they are right now.
