That shows your enwikinews as blocked.
You are right, your global account doesn't have an email address attached.
enwiki doesn't have an email attached. aawiki does (though, it's neither of the
2 you have listed here), enwikinews does, and was authenticated 20101109185232,
before unification at 20100821173120 and is your gmail.
I've updated your global account to add your gmail address (per the fact it was
on an authed account before SUL)
