It would be easier to delete the pages, so you don't need to update your local
copy when the translations change.
$NEWPAGE uses MediaWiki:Enotif_lastvisited to build the url link. It is also
outdated including $PAGETITLE_RAWURL, and needs to be deleted (updated). The
"new" message takes a single $1 parameter which is already the link url.
