There aren't only wikipedia/wikimedia interwiki links, refer to: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Interwiki And much of them don't have MobileFrontend, or haven't an own subdomain, or have another syntax (m.domain.com e.g., or m.de.domain.com).
