As a first step we'll probably add a URL to the edit summary, and that would satisfy the bare minimum legal requirements. There is already a Mingle story for it: https://wikimedia.mingle.thoughtworks.com/projects/language_engineering/cards/4326 It will probably be done soon, and it will certainly be done before wider deployment.
