PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method SiteConfiguration::initialise() in
[PATH]/extensions/Configure/specials/ConfigurationPage.php on line 21 when
trying to view Special:Configure (when I try to access the page, I see just a
blank page. Debug logs are from apache2's log).
MediaWiki: 1.23.1
PHP: 5.4.4-14+deb7u11 (apache2handler)
MySQL: 5.5.37-0+wheezy1
