I just ran a sync-file that gave me this error:
15:16:25 sync-file failed: <UnicodeDecodeError> 'ascii' codec can't decode byte
0xc3 in position 124: ordinal not in range(128)
I was attempting to use this message:
'[SCAP] Enable the TemplateData GUI editor on Norwegian Bokmål Wikipedia'
So it's absolutely right that ASCII can't decode that character, but maybe we
should be using Unicode, 'cuz languages 'n' stuff.
