This feature is supposed to show (see

"the languages that are more relevant to you", that is to ... "Show only a
short list of the relevant languages for the user based on geo-IP, ***previous
choices*** and browser settings of the current user'

The feature promised to show "relevant languages" based on "previous choices"
does not work properly.

If you consider the issue closed, well, it is not closed for me and it does not
make the feature work. 

If you choose to ignore the present complaint, well, my solution is easy: I
will disable the feature.

The feature "relevant languages" based on "previous choices" does not work
properly, whether you acknowledge it or not. The bug is not resolved.
