There's a bunch of commented out code
(<https://github.com/wikimedia/mediawiki-extensions-GlobalUserPage/blob/deceb27191aae67fd7f872096544c4cf392f0e69/GlobalUserPage.hooks.php#L37>)
that would change the tabs on top of global user pages.
We should figure out whether we want to override some tabs and if so, implement
that, or remove the commented out code.
