Chuck Entz <chucke...@hotmail.com> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |chucke...@hotmail.com --- Comment #13 from Chuck Entz <chucke...@hotmail.com> --- This is being discussed at English Wiktionary [http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Wiktionary:Grease_pit/2014/September#Playing_audio_repeats_the_first_bit_on_the_second_play.]. I've been experiencing this on Firefox since the new player first came out, but it wasn't serious enough to pursue. It seems to apply to any audio file with no dead space at the beginning (and on those, it could be doing it, but repeated nothing sounds the same as nothing), with one good play followed by any number of stuttering ones. What I hear is the first part of the file starting to play for an instant before it starts playing again from the beginning. My current Firefox version is 16.0.2 (the processor on my Mac is too old for more recent versions). I haven't heard it on Safari, but I've only checked a couple. ~~~~ -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
