Czech community of volunteers in the education program decided to rename the
namespace in which our education program is running. The current name is
"Education program" and we would like a shorter and Czech name. The
community-based decision (vote) is here:

We would like to rename these:
"Education program:" ---> "Kurz:"
"Education Program talk:" ---> "Diskuse ke kurzu:"
And please KEEP THE ORIGINAL NAMES as redirects.
