You need Jenkins jobs to be configured and the relevant triggers in Zuul, both
are done via integration/config.git .
To test patches proposal, there is a generic job template '{name}-jsduck', the
unicodejs project defined in jjb/misc.yaml uses it.
To publish the resulting doc, you would have to copy paste one of the existing
*-jsduck-publish job template and adjust it for your repository.
Then for Zuul, look at other projects having jsduck jobs. The test job should
be in the project 'test' and 'gate-and-submit' pipelines. The publish job in
the 'postmerge' pipeline.
