When you log in to a .wikimedia.org wiki, you get logged in on all the main content wikis, but not vice versa. It would make more sense to me if the logins were fully separate (if they can't be all integrated), so that signing in with one account on a .wikimedia.org site doesn't automatically log me out of another account on the other wikis.
