When a user is logged in, and the user's preferences include displaying math
formulas in MathML (settable in desktop website), the formulas are not shown at
all in the app.
Upon examining the received HTML, the problem seems to be the following:
- The actual MathML is wrapped in a span that has a style of "display: none".
- Next to the MathML, there is a "meta" tag that contains the url for a PNG
fallback image for the formula, but since it's a "meta" tag, it's not rendered
by the WebView.
