Looking at yowiki's recentchanges table makes it obvious it's a one-man show
over there, so creating these namespaces probably isn't controversial (hardly
ever is, anyway).
Done. All but two pages were successfully moved to the new Portal namespace
(i.e. from Portal: to Èbúté: , Portal: still works as an alias) except these
two, which you'll have to fix yourself:
