I am developing a new version, that reads the data directly from the database, and not via the API (it is enabled on enwiki and srwiki IIRC). However, while API version supports reading from various namespaces on the central wiki, the database version does not. Now, the question is should the central wiki keep all the interlanguage links in its main namespace, or should it keep them in their appropriate namespaces?
