I think this bug is waste of time. We discussed having a portal namesspace and
agreed to not have one. We put Wikiprojects/Portals and the like into the
initiators userspace. The projects normally disappear after a certain time,
because we currently do not have the man power to maintain this.
This request should/can be closed, as it is very very unlikely that we will
want this now.
