Summary: Parent categories are not shown (listed) on subcategory pages Product: Wikimedia Version: unspecified Platform: All OS/Version: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: Normal Component: General/Unknown AssignedTo: wikibugs-l@lists.wikimedia.org ReportedBy: pain...@aol.com It seems very important for subcategories to be listed on parent category pages. Isn't it just as important to list parent category(ies) on subcategory pages? To be clear, there is always a list of subcategories on parent category pages. When I click on a subcategory, there is nothing on that page to connect it back to its parent category(ies). Without such a list, it seems impossible to tell if a category is a subcategory of a higher-level category or more than one higher-level category. Wouldn't it be very useful to have the parent-category information ready at hand by listing parent(s) on subcategory pages? -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug.
