No, 16448 is about adding a means for finding the {{DEFAULTSORT:sort key}}
within wikicode on the same page (such as in templates). This request is about
making a {{DEFAULTSORT:}} affect the talk page as well as the page upon which
it is placed. So, the {{DEFAULTSORT:Burrell, Charles}} on
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Burrell_%26_Sons should affect the
category sorting of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Charles_Burrell_%26_Sons
