I think I found what I was thinking about:

It looks like that's pretty much just a copy of Wikimedia-BD-l, and the
encoding sucks (something with Yahoo). We'll just have to make sure we notify
the subscribers of that list about the new one. Could either Belayet or you do
that?
I've created the list "Wikipedia-BN" and have set you as the initial
administrator (the password's in your inbox). You should definitely make sure
that you add some more administrators, I would suggest people who are already
admins or bureaucrats on bnwiki.
