Since this is a request for a feature that now exists (in fact, existed maybe
2+ years before the bug was opened:

this RESOLVED. If you want this enabled on the cluster, that is a different
bug. Please open one if that is what you want.
If you want the Contributors extension deployed on the cluster, please see
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Writing_an_extension_for_deployment for the steps
needed to move it along there. You may need to open a new bug to get the
extension reviewed.
