Casey Brown <b...@caseybrown.org> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEW |RESOLVED CC| |b...@caseybrown.org Resolution| |INVALID --- Comment #2 from Casey Brown <b...@caseybrown.org> 2011-06-19 20:32:13 UTC --- Hey Micke! I thought I responded to this already, but I guess I didn't. There's no way to "close" a mailman list. Instead, I would suggest that you unsubscribe everyone from the mailing list, make it so that new people can't subscribe, hide the list from the list of lists page, and add a note to the "list description" in English and Swedish that says the list is closed (and pointing them to the other MediaWiki lists). I guess it's also possible for us to delete the list using the command line instead, but I think it's easier and better to keep the list and archive around for historical reasons and in case we ever decide we want to use it again. If you still think deleting it is the best way to go, please re-open this bug and I'll see about getting it deleted. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug.
