Please note: Basically I fixed a bug in the error handling. Therefore there
still is (at least) one table in the PDF that can't be rendered properly and is
output as plain text. I wasn't able to find the table - whoever spots it please
let me know in which article the problem occurs.
I am closing this since the collection should now render.
