It works for
https://civicrm.wikimedia.org/civicrm/mailing/report?mid=232&reset=1 with 5784
recipients, but 500's for
https://civicrm.wikimedia.org/civicrm/mailing/report?mid=256&reset=1 with 7520
recipients.
