Per report of dewiki users testing on test2.wikipedia.org:
Disabling the WikiEditor via
http://test2.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-editing
"Enable enhanced editing toolbar" has no effect.
The WikiEditor is still shown.
