If I am at the page special:recentchanges on cs.wp, I can clearly see an orange
box informing me, that I have a new message. It is situated on the top of the
informative box (template:RC). It seems like template RC is overlapping the
orange box. Not visually, but probably with a transparent bacground. But I
would guess the problem will be how this page is being rendered in the browser
(it is bad on several versiouns of FF, when using Vector).
