CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION
Right now WDQS code (especially Updater) uses Date to store timestamps, which is sub-optimal for many reasons. There is a better option: [[ https://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/api/java/time/Instant.html | Instant class ]]. applicable in many cases. We should migrate our code to it.
Note this does not apply to internal representation of dates in WDQS database, We should migrate our code to itonly representing actual timestamps.
