I think that Jarekt has expressed the position of most of the Wikidata contributors : facts can't be copyrighted. Do all international laws recognize this ? I don't know.

I also think that most of the Wikimedia contributors think that weblinks to "legal" (as perceived in a Western country) ressources is ok, whatever the licence of the ressources. Do all international laws recognize this ? I don't know, but I'm more confident on this point than on the first one.

There is a recent and specific case who botter me : the little images showed in P18 since about a month. I think a link to a Commons image in Wikidata is ok, but showing a little image on Wikidata user interface seems to me the kind of reutilisation who don't respect all non-CC0 images present on Commons.
