As we want thi to land in graphite and create a grafana board this is probably very similar to:

But we will want to trigger on a cron instead of waiting for data to appear in webrequest.
We should also check with the analytics team about how the mediawiki_history table is actually populated & when it is updated etc.
We should also double check that this is the "best" approach
