CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION
The title of a lexeme page (HTML `<As a reader I want to see a meaningful page title>` element) is currently just the lexeme ID followed by the site name: for Lexeme pages in order to quickly see what is in an open tab.

It should be something more useful. On items, we use the label; on l**Example:**
